Shipping Policy

Due to the ongoing worldwide pandemic, our shipping times have increased so please be patient for your orders. Global supply chains have been dramatically changed and we are doing our best to get our products delivered to you as quickly as possible.

After your payment is verified, it takes between 1-3 business days to process and start shipping your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Shipping to the US and neighboring countries usually takes between 8-24 business days. For other countries, this might result in 1 or more weeks to deliver.

We are not responsible for any fee resulting from customs and/or duties. This is your responsibility. You should know if your country requires you to pay for shipping items to your address. This is out of our control and Setupedia is not liable.


Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your item has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Also it must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please don’t send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Be careful! If the item returns back to us because the delivery attempt failed, we don’t offer a refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
